These Terms & Conditions apply to creative services provided by Marta Rivillas Quesada – Art Direction & Visual Storytelling from "Art Couture"

1. Services

Services may include Art Direction, Creative Direction, Visual Storytelling, AI-generated imagery, campaign concepts, editorial content and social media content.

The exact scope, deliverables, timeline and price will be defined in the individual proposal or project agreement.

2. Payment

Payment terms will be specified before the project begins.

Work may begin once the proposal has been accepted and any agreed initial payment has been received.

Additional work outside the agreed scope may require an additional quotation.

3. Creative Process

Clients are responsible for providing the information, materials and feedback necessary to complete the project.

Creative work will follow the approved concept and visual direction.

The number of revisions included depends on the selected service package.

4. AI-Generated Content

Some visual content may be created or developed using artificial intelligence tools.

Because AI-generated imagery can contain variations or unexpected visual details, all final assets are creatively selected and refined as part of the Art Direction process.

Where third-party AI platforms or other tools are involved, their applicable terms and restrictions may also apply.

5. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the client receives usage rights for the final approved and delivered assets according to the scope specified in the proposal.

Drafts, rejected concepts, moodboards, working files and unused creative material remain the intellectual property of Marta Rivillas Quesada unless otherwise agreed.

Paid advertising, resale, sublicensing, merchandise, large-scale print campaigns or other uses outside the agreed scope may require additional licensing.

6. Portfolio Rights

Unless confidentiality or another arrangement has been agreed in writing, completed work may be displayed as part of my professional portfolio, website and social media channels for self-promotional purposes.

7. Client Materials

The client confirms that they have the necessary rights or permissions for logos, photographs, trademarks, copy or other materials supplied for use in the project.

8. Timelines

Estimated timelines depend on timely communication, approvals and delivery of materials by the client.

Significant delays in client feedback may affect the agreed delivery date.

9. Cancellation

Cancellation and refund conditions are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.

10. Liability

Services will be performed with professional care. However, specific commercial results, sales, engagement levels or marketing performance cannot be guaranteed.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion would be prohibited by applicable law.

11. Governing Law

Unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise, these Terms are governed by Austrian law.
