REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

At Marta Rivillas Quesada – Art Direction & Visual Storytelling, from "ART Couture"- every project is created specifically for each client and requires dedicated creative development, planning and production time.

Project Confirmation
A project is considered confirmed once the agreed proposal has been accepted and any required initial payment has been received.

Cancellations
If you wish to cancel a project, please contact me as soon as possible at art-couture78@hotmail.com

Where work has already begun, payment may be retained or charged in proportion to the services already performed, subject to applicable consumer law.

Completed Creative Work
Because the services involve customised creative work, refunds are generally not offered for work that has already been completed and delivered, except where required by applicable law.

Revisions
Each service package includes the number of revisions specified in the proposal. Additional revisions or changes outside the agreed creative direction may be quoted separately.

Consumer Right of Withdrawal
Where mandatory consumer protection legislation applies, consumers retain any statutory withdrawal rights available to them. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
