Returns & Refunds policy

We want you to love your fine-art print. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, this policy explains your rights and how to return or request a refund.

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase 4-6 weeks from the date you receive your order, as required by the EU Consumer Rights Directive and the Austrian Consumer Protection Act (KSchG).

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us within this 14-day period by sending a clear statement (email is sufficient) to:

You may use the EU’s standard withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

2. Exclusions

Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Custom-made or personalized prints (e.g., custom sizes, framing, inscriptions).

  • Digital products that have been downloaded or accessed.

  • Items returned damaged or not in their original condition due to improper handling.

3. Return Conditions

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which you received it.

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued within 2 weeks using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.

  • Shipping costs paid at checkout are non-refundable, except where the product was defective or we made an error.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at marta-rivillas@art-couture.at within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 14 days of our confirmation:

  1. Check your bank account or payment provider again.

  2. Contact your bank or payment provider — there may be a processing delay.

  3. If the issue persists, contact us at marta-rivillas@art-couture.at

7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like another product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

8. Governing Law

This Refund & Returns Policy is governed by the laws of Austria and relevant EU consumer protection regulations.
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
